Hey, its Dave!

I'm really happy to give you a copy of my book. I wrote it to compress my 35 years of experience in the Development industry: as a Carpenter, Builder, Civil & Structural Engineer, Property Developer and Development Management for some of the biggest companies in the world. I've had a varied career, working all over Australia and in 7 countries Internationally. I've probably learned as much from what didn't go smoothly as from what did. There's not much that I havent seen in this arena. I tried to put all those learnings in this book, so I hope you enjoy it.
